The Tilta Armor Man 3.0 is a professional gimbal support system engineered to provide maximum support and comfort during long handheld shoots. Perfect for cinema, documentary, live sports broadcast, and event videography, the Armor Man 3.0 is compatible with most top-handle and ring-based gimbal systems, including the DJI Ronin 2, RS2, RS3 Pro, and more.

Dual Mechanical Arms with Shock Absorption

At the heart of the Armor Man 3.0 system are two mechanical arms with integrated shock-absorbing stabilizers. These arms can be mounted in two configurations:

• Low Mode: Attached to the back of the vest

• High Mode: Mounted on top of the vest

Each arm includes dual tension adjustment knobs, allowing you to finely tune the resistance based on the weight of your gimbal rig and your personal operating style. This makes it ideal for both lightweight mirrorless gimbal setups and heavy-duty cinema rigs.

Universal Gimbal Compatibility

The mechanical arms attach securely to any top-bar or ring-style gimbal system using the included support cups or mounting brackets. Simply slide the gimbal handle or ring into the attachment point and you’re ready to operate.

Quick Disengage and Rest Functionality

Between takes or during rig changes, the Armor Man 3.0 offers a quick-release function via pull-cord disengagement on each arm. The arms can then be easily parked on the side-mounted arm receivers so you can keep wearing the vest without removing the entire system. This streamlined workflow allows for faster resets and easier mobility on set.
