The Twister Doorway Dolly offers you new possibilities concerning mobility and flexibility. Maximum mobility and quick and precise maneuvers are key features of this high quality platform dolly.
It twists fast and easy in all directions by selecting one of the three steering modes: Front, Rear and Round-A-Round.
Description
Steerings
With the three choosable steering modes (Front, Rear and Round-A-Round) the Twister dolly can maneuver itself comfortably and it can be filmed exactly around an object.
According to your needs the front or the rear wheels will steer seperately from each other or can be combined with each other.
Also tightest curves are no problem because of an inner radius of 42 cm. Both axles have an excellent steering geometry for precise movements without screeching and remains quite silent.
Patented Wheel Design
With combined Track and Pneumatic wheels, you are provided with a whole new possibilities in versatility and agility.
Dolly shots on track and on ground are done without time-consuming wheel changing. You easily move the fully equipped Twister over the starter ramp on tracks (reset on floor the same way).

The Twister Dolly is also available with a set of wide Go Kart Wheels (204809).
To use the dolly on track in this configuration we recommend you to use our Boogie Wheel set.
PLATFORMS
Expand it
The cameraman as well as the assistant can stand, sit or even knee on the Twister’s solid, differently expandable platform (203519).
It can be mounted horizontally but also vertically.
Level Platform
For the first time, the body of a platform dolly can be enlarged, not only by its length and width but also height.
Level platforms (169632) are mounted above the wheels to offer an enlarged workspace that can be used for storage or as a convenient footrest for the cameraman while shooting.

Low Shot Kit
An integrated hole on the Twisters’ platform to mount a bowl 150 mm enables great ways for low shots.
Alternatively you can use the Low Shot Kit which consists of a turnstile attachment (100374) combined with Combi Offset Bracket (302454), Bowl (150 mm, 100 mm or 75 mm), your fluid head and mount our Low Shot Plate (107104) on it.
Equip
If you equip your Twister with a turnstile attachment (100374) you are able to mount accessories like seat extensions, seats, Euro Riser and more to transform the dolly into the dolly you need.
FOLDABLE PUSHBAR
Can be used anywhere
Additional ease of use is supplied by the newly developed rod that combines the well known drawbar with a rugged foldable push bar (300604).
Six different positions forassembly of the push bar give additional support e.g. to the Steadycam operator.
The pushbar, as well as the steering rod is foldable which ensures more space and comfort for the cameraman and his assistant.
Transform it to a transport cart
To be as flexible as possible the Twister can also be used as a transport cart to bring your other equipment to the shooting location in a new comfortable way.
