7 Day Refund Policy:
We love to get it right for you, every single time you trust us with your purchase. We want you to have an amazing ordering experience. We assure you that all products sold on Cinescope store are brand new and 100% genuine. In case the product you have received is ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’ or ‘Not as Described’ then we will issue refund after it is proved that the product is defective/damaged and such product has to be shipped back to us. Refund will be initiated only if the product is sent back to us within 7 days. We issue cash refund to your account directly, in case the product is received in damaged/Not working condition. For any other cases we will give you a voucher worth the product value which can be used for further purchase.
In case you want to cancel the order before the product is being dispatched from our international supplier, we issue 100% Refund in form of voucher only. Which can be used for any further purchase. If we have already started the import procedure, usually 24-48 hours from purchase date, we will not be able to cancel the order.
Cinescope holds the right to cancel orders at any given time, either due to non-availability, pricing error or any such circumstances where we will not be able to fulfil the order.
Cancellation Due to refusal to accept the package.
In case the customer does not take the delivery of the product when attempted by our sales team, courier person or refuse the package during delivery. We will not be able to refund the amount.
PLEASE NOTE: PRODUCT IN THE SITE WILL BE IMPORTED AGAINST ORDER, ONCE THE IMPORT PROCEDURE HAS STARTED, ORDER CANNOT BE CANCELLED.
Note: In case of cancellation from customer, we will deduct 2% of total transaction amount from total refund amount as bank transaction charges are applicable.
