Description

Since it is lightweight and compact, the SM7-3K SmartCAM 7″ Monitor from SmartSystem is well suited for mounting on a stabilizer, slider, or gimbal system. The SM7-3K is a bright LCD monitor with a 1920 x 1200 resolution, and it supports HDMI input up to 4K60 and SDI input up to 2K60. It features an aspect ratio of 16:9, a high-bright 3000 cd/m² brightness, and a contrast ratio of 1200:1.

The monitor offers SDI 2K/3G/HD/SD and 4K HDMI inputs and loop outputs, and it features numerous video monitoring tools such as waveform, vectorscope, histogram, zebra, and peaking. The USB port allows you to import custom 3D LUTs, as well as upgrade the unit’s firmware. The RJ45 RS-485/GPI input allows you to display tally information on the display. The SM7-3K can be powered using a 2-pin input connector or by using a separately available V-mount or Gold mount battery plate.

High-Resolution Input and Output

The SM7-3K features SDI and HDMI inputs and loop outputs that support up to 2K or 4K resolutions.

Super-Bright Display

The display features 3000 cd/m² brightness and has a 1200:1 contrast ratio.

Video Analysis Assistant Pattern

Supports video analysis assistant patterns including waveform, vectorscope, and histogram to convert the digital video quality into patterns.

Tally Display

Supports tally display via the RJ45 RS-485/GPI port on the rear panel of the monitor.

HDR/Log Support

Log support for Log-C, Clog, SLog2, SLog3, VLog, JLog1, and REDLogFilm.

USB Input

The monitor provides a standard USB port on the rear panel for firmware upgrades or to load custom 3D LUTs.
